Jacques Bermon Webster I, born April 30, 1990, better known as Travis Scott (formerly Travi$ Scott) is an American rapper and singer. His stage name is the mixture of the name of his beloved uncle and the stage name of Kid Cudi (whose real names are Scott Mescudi and Scott Mescudi), which is his first major-label deal with Epic Records. Scott also signed a publishing agreement with Kanye's GOOD Music. He signed a joint recording agreement with Epic Records and T.I. in April 2013. He signed a contract for joint-recording with Epic as well as T.I. Scott's debut long-form project, Owl Pharaoh, was self released in 2013. In 2013 Scott released his first full-length mixtape, Owl Pharaoh. It was then immediately followed by Days Before Rodeo. Rodeo (2015) was his debut studio album. The smash single "Antidote" was the lead track. His second album, Birds in the Trap Sing McKnight (2016) was his first album to top the charts on the Billboard 200. Scott released his second album together with Quavo Huncho Jack Huncho (2016). This album was his third studio album Astroworld. He also released his first Billboard Hot 100 #1 single, "Sicko Mode" which featured Drake. Scott's Cactus Jack Records album JackBoys was released on the Billboard 200 in late 2019. Following his hit single "Franchise", which featured Young Thug as well as M.I.A., Scott was able to release the album compilation JackBoys. Scott was the first performer on the Hot 100 to have three songs make it to the top of the charts within the span of a year.
