 Nathan John Feuerstein was born on March 30 1991. His initials NF (stylized IF) are an American rapper, singer and songwriter. Two EPs were issued by Feuerstein, I'm free (2012) [3and an EP that was self-titled in 2014. He was signed to Capitol CMG. His debut album on major label, Mansion, was released on March 31, 2015. His second studio album Therapy Session, which was released on April 22, 2016, peaked at number 12 of the US Billboard 200. His albums have received numerous accolades, including: the Gospel Music Association Dove Award Rap/Hip Hop album of the year (Therapy Session). NF became a mainstream hit through Perception in the year 2017. The album peaked on the charts in the United States at number one and was certified platinum. "Let You Fall" reached number twelve. Billboard Hot 100 topped the charts across the globe and was a top 10 charting hit. The Search (2019) was his second album. He had similar commercial success. Feuerstein stated that rap was an escape from his early years. Feuerstein would record songs on an Karaoke machine. He recorded instrumentals and sang on one microphone. Feuerstein self-released his debut studio album Moments on November 29, 2010, under his real name. The debut single, "Alone", was released on August 2, 2011. Brooke Griffith and Tommee Profitt were the song's writers and producers. In 2012, the work of Feuerstein was noticed by Xist Music. The artist released his first extended play, I'm Free on May 2nd 2012. Profitt produced it. The album's tracklist included nine tracks, which included "Alone". The EP also featured an exclusive version of "Alone", featuring Sean Simmonds. Xist announced the release of their self-titled extended piece, NF, but Feuerstein parted ways with the label after a dispute and the release of NF was put off.
